Our guess is maybe 1 or 2 if you're lucky. How do we know this? Because we are a group of Real Estate Advisors, not agents. Advisors help coach and guide you through the entire process, address and anticipate the hundreds of possible variables and know how to adapt and adjust quickly. Speed is crucial in a real estate deal. Unless you are working with a broker or team who understands this, that few second delay could cost you the game (aka the deal).
But more importantly, because we are a conscious group of Brokers we have a heart for each and every one of our clients, and walk with them through the tender points of the journey. If you are told your deal will be a walk in the park, you weren't told the truth and someone just anted to "land the deal."
